1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information to make the App work properly. Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

a. Information you provide voluntarily:

Proposal content – Client names, project details, budget, and deadlines you enter to generate proposals. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers (only to DeepSeek API for processing).
In-app purchase receipts – When you upgrade to premium, Google Play shares a purchase token (no payment details reach us).

b. Automatically collected information (via Google Play & AdMob):

Device information – Model, OS version, language, app version.
Advertising ID (AAID) – Used by AdMob to show relevant ads. You can reset or opt-out of ad personalization in your device settings.
Crash logs & usage data – To improve app stability (via Firebase Crashlytics, optional).

We do NOT collect: real names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or any sensitive personal information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

✅ Generate AI-powered freelance proposals using DeepSeek API (your inputs are sent to DeepSeek's API, but not stored by us).
✅ Display ads to free users via Google AdMob.
✅ Process in-app purchases through Google Play Billing.
✅ Improve app performance and fix bugs.
✅ Track daily API usage limits (stored locally on your device).

3. Third-Party Services & APIs

Our App integrates trusted third-party services that have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them:

DeepSeek API – Generates proposals using AI. Your prompt data is sent to DeepSeek's servers solely to generate the response. View DeepSeek Privacy Policy.
Google AdMob – Displays advertisements. Collects device ID and ad interaction data. View Google Privacy Policy.
Google Play Billing – Handles all in-app purchases. We never see your credit card or payment info. View Google Play Terms.
Flutter Secure Storage – Stores your API key locally on your device (encrypted).

4. Data Storage & Security

• All your proposal history, settings, and usage data are stored locally on your device (using shared_preferences and local database).
• We do NOT have any cloud servers or backend databases. No data is transmitted to us except temporary API calls to DeepSeek.
• Your DeepSeek API key is stored encrypted using flutter_secure_storage – never in plain text.
• We implement reasonable security measures, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. In-App Purchases & Premium Features

The App offers a free version with daily limits and ads. You can unlock unlimited usage and remove ads via a one-time purchase or subscription.

Important: All transactions are handled by Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment credentials. Purchase receipts are validated by Google Play's servers. You can manage or cancel subscriptions directly from your Google Play account settings.

6. AdMob & Advertising

Free users will see banner and interstitial ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising ID to show personalized ads. You can opt-out of ad personalization at any time:

Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
Or reset your Advertising ID from the same menu.

We do not show ads to premium (paid) users.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain regions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us, and we will delete it immediately.

8. Your Rights & Choices (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location (EEA, UK, California), you may have the following rights:

• Local data: Remains on your device until you delete the App or manually clear data from device settings.
• API logs: DeepSeek may retain API requests for a short period as per their policy (typically 30 days for abuse monitoring).
• AdMob data: Retained by Google as per their privacy policy.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. For significant changes, we may notify you via an in-app popup.
